This is a search for waterfront properties. Not all will be Blanco River, some are creeks Lone Man, Cypress , Smith etc and some are dry creekbeds..I cannot dictate what another Realtor lists as waterfront. Read carefully. Most Realtors will be honest about what they are selling but if it seems too good too be true...then it probably is. Anything with the word seasonal is just that. In the drought plagued summer of 2009 most of the creeks in the Wimberley area were dry. By this winter of 2010, we have been blessed with 20 + inches of rain and the creeks are full and flowing.
