Luxury Blanco River Living

Located just a mile south of the Wimberley square, Southriver offers luxury homes, on and off the Blanco River. Southriver is a small, gated community with majestic views overlooking the Blanco River and surrounding hills. There is room to walk and greet the neighbors on it's sidewalk streets. Lot size is generally one acre. Home buyers are attracted to Southriver because of it's Blanco River views, small, intimate neighborhood setting and it's close proximity to Wimberley. If you are looking for Blanco River property some other great Wimberley subdivisions are River Mountain Ranch and River Oaks.

Southriver Real Estate

Southriver is a very small subdivision with Blanco River Home sales and off river home sales. Sales are few and far between with a strong base of long time Wimberleyites. There have been many custom built homes in southriver over recent years that have never come to market. Southriver sales from 2007-2011 have averaged right at $900,000 with a range from $740,000 to $1,040,000 with average size at 6227 Sq.Ft. The few remaining Blanco River lots that have come on the market for sale have brought between $150,000 and $221,000 per acre or $1600 -$2000 per linear foot of Blanco River.
