Paradise Hills in Wimberley Texas


Paradise Hills is all about long distant, scenic views of the Wimberley Valley. It is located east of RR 12 off Valley Drive, in south Wimberley and very convenient to town, about one mile away. Paradise Hills is a small subdivision with steep mountain climbs and lots of Wimberley view homes. The scenery is breathtaking with many comparing it to parts of New Mexico. Paradise Hills is my favorite view neighborhood in Wimberley and I often take out of town guests to see it. If you are looking for Wimberley homes with a view start here . An additional benefit for homeowners in Paradise Hills is one of the nicest Blanco River Parks in Wimberley open only to HOA members and includes swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking etc. Come see Paradise Hills for the view alone. Buyers looking to buy Wimberley view homes should also look at Skyline Ranch Estates as well as Paradise Hills. If view and the Blanco River are important besides Paradise Hills you should look at River Mountain Ranch.

Paradise Hills Real Estate 

Home sales for 2010-2011 have been far from the norm in Paradise Hills with few homes having come on the market and those that have being on the smaller end. Past years ahve featured larger homes with great views bringing in the $500,000- $900,000 range. Homes sold in 2010-2011 had a median price of $281,000 with a range from $225,000 to $355,500. Home size (solds) ranged from 1228 sq.ft. to 2006 sq.ft with an average of only 1595 sq.ft.. Paradise Hills offers some of the best views in the hill country and homes are price accordingly. A small home with a view will sometimes bring more than a large home without. Remeber that waterfront and view homes in Wimberley command top price.
