About Las Lomas - Wimberley TexasLos Lomas is located north/east of Wimberley off RR 3237 and is know for the exotic animals which roam the countryside around it's spacious five acre tracts. It is a gated community and St. Stephens Episcopal school (private) is located just outside the entryway. It is a small subdivision in terms of number of homes but large in size (arces) with lots of room to roam. Home buyers are drawn to it because of it's large tracts, walking and riding areas. Saddle Ridge is another good neighborhood along with River Oaks and Las Lomas for investors who are looking for large open spaces. Up to five horses allowed per tract. Las Lomas Real Estate:Las Lomas Homes have ranged in price from the $296,000 to $470,000 over the last two years and averaged out at $374,000. Home size has ranged from 1979 sq.ft. to 7948 sq. ft. Tracts are generally five acres plus. This is a mid 1990's subdivision and most of the homes were built in that era. |
