About Las Lomas - Wimberley Texas
Los Lomas is located north/east of Wimberley off RR 3237 and is know for the exotic animals which roam the countryside around it's spacious five acre tracts. It is a gated community and St. Stephens Episcopal school (private) is located just outside the entryway. It is a small subdivision in terms of number of homes but large in size (acres) with lots of room to roam. Home buyers are drawn to it because of it's large tracts, walking and riding areas. Saddle Ridge is another good neighborhood along with River Oaks and for home buyers who are looking for large open spaces. Up to five horses allowed per tract.

Las Lomas Homes have ranged in price from the $288,000 to $379,000 In 2011 and averaged out at $322,000. Home size ranged from 2100 sq.ft. to 2700 sq. ft. Keep in mind that these are homes that sit on 2-10 acre tracts. This is a mid 1990's subdivision and most of the homes were built in that era.
